Adobe Acrobat Sign Authentication Error: "access_denied" – Free Trial Account Issue with Salesforce

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to integrate Adobe Acrobat Sign with Salesforce, but I’m getting the following error during authentication.

Adobe Acrobat Sign Authentication Error:
access_denied: Please contact Adobe Acrobat Sign support to make sure your account is ready to use Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. Your account tier may not be at the proper level to proceed.

I’m currently using a free trial Adobe Acrobat Sign account, and it seems like the issue might be related to account tier restrictions.

  • Do I need to upgrade to an Enterprise-level Adobe Sign account to use it with Salesforce?

  • Is there a way to request a developer trial that supports Salesforce integration?

  • Any other workarounds or testing options available?

We checked that you have a free Acrobat Sign account. The free account does not support integration. You will require an Acrobat Sign solutions plan to access the integration feature. For more information on Acrobat Sign Integration, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/42jWFAX.

You may also use the free Developer edition of the Acrobat Sign for testing purposes only. You can register for the service from this page: https://adobe.ly/44hHPxv. Please use the email address that is not registered for any Acrobat Sign account before.

Hi,

This problem often stems from a user's Adobe Sign account not being properly configured as an enterprise account or having incorrect permissions.
