Adobe Acrobat - Sign-In and Request Code Issues
Can anyone give me some help and advice please regarding Adobe Acrobat. I work for a large organisation and hundreds of our staff use different version of Acrobat.
This week we have had two users who have had their laptops replaced and when it has come to signing-in and launching Acrobat nothing is happening and just points me to the Request Code webpage. I have the serial numbers but unsure how to get the Request Code as Acrobat itself won't launch and can't then access any of the functions such as Help to get the request code.

The versions of Acrobat are DC and XI Pro.
Any help would be much appreciated.
