Adobe Acrobat Sign in Loop
Hello,
I have a user who is able to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application successfully but is met with a unending sign-in loop when launching Adobe Acrobat. I have done the following:
- checked for Adobe Creative Cloud updates
- checked for Adobe Acrobat updates
- checked for Windows 10 updates
- singed out of both CC and Acrobat, closed both programs from Task Manager, and relaunched Creative Cloud
- uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat
