Adobe acrobat sign is slow

not getting view in response of API, its hanging from last 2-3 days, is some manintance or outage is there on Adobe side, please check

Please let us know the Acrobat Sign service plan you are using. Share your Adobe ID (email address) used to access the Acrobat Sign account in the private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
