Adobe Acrobat Sign Issue

Hi,

 

We have a subscription in Adobe DC but apparently upon logging in for the first time one of the user click on the Personal account instead of Company profile. 

 

My question is how can I disassociate the account from Personal Profile?

    Hi,

     

    Have the user go online via web browser to:

     

     

    And deactivate the company computer device that should appear associated with his/her Adobe ID.

     

    Activated devices will appear listed  by date and with a brief description of the computer devices that the Adobe ID was used to sign in.

     

    Have that user to leave activated only the pers
