Adobe Acrobat Silicon on MacBook Pro M1 is too slow

Hi, I have an M1 MacBook Pro that I am pleased with; however, since the change to the silicon support of my Adobe Acrobat application, my workflow has significantly decreased. I am a researcher and am working on my dissertation and I cannot have this interruption. Adobe Acrobat needs to work now, without friction as it has for years.

I am on a deadline and the time loss this has caused me is unquantifiable. Due to my deadlines and the inability to reach anyone at Adobe for actual support, I request my account be canceled. How do I accomplish this?

If I do not hear from Adobe, I will reach out to my state’s consumer support, since the consequences of this product failure is too high. I am switching to another pdf platform today, because I cannot wait.

Please inform me of how to cancel the monthly Adobe Acrobat subscription, since I am not receiving service and cannot reach anyone to support assisting with my problem. Please understand I am an expert in technology and have completely uninstalled and cleaned my MacBook of all Adobe products before I downloaded Adobe again for the silicon Mac, as the update did not work. The reinstallation, did not work either. This is unacceptable and I cannot afford this.

Thank you!

Yes, it does have a fee; however, when a service cannot provide its product, how can they charge for it? Additionally, Adobe problems took my whole day away again, because I was not aware of MS Excel having Adobe add-ins. It froze up my files and literally thought I lost my data. Yes, I have back-ups, but ease of use is why I always stayed with Adobe and the MS Office suite, yet I did not know they were linked together with Excel having an unrequested add-ins. I prefer no add-ins, unless I vet them, since failure is pretty frightening to a researcher who has to maintain their data, but a software change creates a problem. I have been loyal to both products for so long; it is extremely frustrating. Thank you for your response.

    To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

-be sure to keep the verification email you will receive when you cancel

-do be aware that cancelling early has a fee of ½ of the remaining time
