Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 One-Time Purchase license activation

I am standing up an airgapped, completely offline lab. I have boxed copies of Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 One-Time Purchase. The install went fine, I entered the serial number on the CD. However, when I start the app, it wants me to sign into an Adobe account before using the software. Since this is not possible, how can I use the software? Thanks all.

In the system requirements Adobe say pretty definitely:

This software will not operate without activation. Internet connection and registration are required for software activation, validation of subscriptions, and access to online services.* Phone activation is not available.
