Adobe Acrobat standard XI crashing 10 seconds after software/file loads

Hello,

 

Last days, the software is crashing (just closed up, no error) about 10 seconds from load.

i have tried reset preferences and delete SLcache folder content as suggested on other topics.

please help.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described Adobe Acrobat Standard XI is crashing 

 

Acrobat XI is an old application and no longer supported. The security and update patches are no longer available.  For more information, please refer to the help article: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-xi-reader-xi.html

 

You may try to repair installation, Go to Help > Repair Installation. 

 

Also, you may try the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html) and see if that works.
