Adobe Acrobat STD Not opening after motherboard replacement

I have a user whose Adobe was working just fine before his MB was replaced. Since the new MB replacement. You try to open Adobe and nothing happens.

I've have uninstalled Adobe and re-installed it with our corp. version of the software. After this is completed. You click on adobe and get the splash screen and that's it.

It goes back to not opening nothing at all.

What can be done to get this to work. Does adobe make a software product, that'll clean adobe completely from the registry?

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated, since adobe doesn't have phone support for this product.

Information about the laptop:

Corp. Image

Office 2016

Windows 10

It does have Adobe Reader DC (which is part of the image) (This works just fine)

If any need anymore information, please let me know.

Thanks again!!!!!
