I have Adobe Acrobat X from 2016. When I install Adobe reader, it automatically instals Adobe Acrobat DC free. By doing this, I cannot longer use Adobe Acrobat X and its features I bought years ago. Can someone explaint this feature? For example, I cannot make PDF file out of JPG. Very simple command. Should I buy subscription ? 😄

Adobe combined the installers for Acrobat and Reader, so it's no longer possible to have the two versions concurrently. If you have Acrobat X you might be able to have it working alongside Reader DC, but you might also get all kinds of strange conflicts. But why do you need Reader if you have Acrobat, except for testing purposes?
