Adobe Acrobat trigger Win11 Error "STATUS_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION"

I’ve encountered system crash/error when logging into Adobe Acrobat Home, immediate error message “The page is having a problem. Try coming back to it later. You could also: Open a new tab or Refresh this page”
Edge Error Code: “STATUS_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION”

Open in new tab or refresh page does not work at all.
Not working even cleared browsing history as well as all cookies. Not working in InPrivate too.
This has been lasting for a whole week since last Friday.

Seeking for assistances, thank you.

We also have that since last week, happens for me only in MS Edge on work machines. But for Adobe Express. Workaround for now is using a different browser, that works at least.

    Hi @pollux_2026 ,

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thanks for reaching out. We certainly don’t want users to experience such issues. We aren’t aware of this issue at our end.

Could you share a short video of the issue so we can look into it?

Also, help us with the following:

    • Does it happen with Google Chrome as well?
    • Have you tried incognito mode of the browser?
    • Do you have any security software installed?
    • Is this a work machine or a personal computer?

    Looking forward to these details.
