Adobe Acrobat Web interface - signatures lost

Hello, 

I am using since years the Acrobat Web Interface for signing documents - straight. My saved signatures appeared as they appeared in the desktop (Apple and MS Windows).
Since approx one month the saved signatures are not appearing, and if I press save in the web client it does NOT save. So the whole process is cumbersome.
It is annoying to say the least - my saved signatures show up in the account!

 

Tried logging in and logging out ... it is on all browsers, Safari and Edge.

Anyone knows the issue ?

Would you mind sharing more details for clarity? Is the saved signature not appearing on the Acrobat Web or Acrobat desktop application? What is the version of the Acrobat desktop application you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.205XX Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for a better understanding.

Thanks for the answer.
1. When i go into my account (web) I see the signature and initials

2. the same two I see and can use in all desktop applications

3. in the web interface (Acrobat Web) - despite being logged in - the signature and initials do NOT show up
