The webpage says to make sure your printer is working fine, network, etc. There is nothing wrong with the printer and it is just the software that is being stubborn. I read a forum that said go to "properties" then "advanced" and do some thing with the settings in advanced. However the "advanced" section is greyed out. So I cannot do anything in that section. I did see that their is the "print production" tool. But that requires a subscription. Do I need to pay for a subscription to just print...? A little frustrating to say the least...

Hi andrewc96331407

What happens exactly when you hit print? Are you able to print any other documents?

Are you able to print other pdf documents? Have you tried updating Reader/Acrobat and Printer drivers?

When I hit print it says "the document could not be printed". Then after I hit ok, it shows another message "no documents to be printed". And then it shows a plug-in failure. So, something's not working properly. The Reader/Acrobat and Printer drivers I've made sure were all up to date.

Sorry I didn't get back sooner, but I appreciate your response!
