Adobe Acrobat will not allow me to sign in on my Surface Pro

I have a valid license and Adobe Account. When activate my Adobe Acrobat on my surface pro, the program runs fine however when I try and sign into Adobe, I click on the Sign In button and nothing happens. Am I missing something or is the program not working correctly.

What licence do you have? Where do you want to sign in?

I have a license for Acrobat 2020

In the upper right corner is a sign in link. I try and click on the link to sign in but the link seems to be in active.

I am working off of my Surfacr Pro 7. What other info is needed?
