Ive got Acrobat DC, installed on my computer (MacBook Pro running OSX 10.13.x).

I first installed it about 3 months ago and up until recently it worked fine, but as of about a week ago it has stopped opening files.

Please see video of issue here : Streamable

So far ive tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling the application. And also uninstalling the application, deleting the plists and reinstalling the application. But to no avail.

Any ideas ?

Found the answer when searching in another thread :

The window probably opened outside the boundaries of the screen.

To the right of that "Adobe Reader DC" in the menu bar that you are seeing at the top, there are some menu items. Click the one labelled "Window". It will provide a drop down. Then from that dropdown, click on "Cascade".

When I did the above, the window returned to my screen. I hope this helps you.

Hi Pegasus_sam,

Try the suggestion given by kglad and reset Acrobat's preferences. If that still doesn't work then do the following-

Let us know the result.

Hi Akki

I have tried the steps in your message above, but to no avail.

Im not sure if i understand the last step, is that just to run Acrobat with Admin privileges ?

This issue has also started happening on my colleagues machines, which are the same spec and OS as mine.

Could you DM me a phone number to contact support on as we need to get this resolved ASAP, as we havnt had access to acrobat now for about 2 weeks.
