Basically, the answer is no unless you wish to install and activate it under Parallels or other virtual Windows machines under MacOS. Otherwise, the perpetual licenses were not cross-platform. When Acrobat 10 was still “current” you could have called Adobe Customer Support and arranged for what was called a “cross-grade” from one platform to another. Unfortunately, Acrobat 10 is over two releases old and no new licenses, upgrades, or cross-grades are given for that version of Acrobat.

-includes a way to go to a page to download Adobe programs if you don't have a disc or drive
