Hi,

When I open adobe acrobat x pro (10.0.0) in win10 22H2, it show message as below

adobe creative suite6

Adobe Systems Incorporated

This application cannot run because it poses security or performance issues on Windows.

After close the message,  the acrobat app will crash, although I try open it with Windows 7 compatibility mode, but the condition is the same. Is there suggestion for the condition? Thanks.

    Hello @ektrontek

I hope you are doing well, and thank you for reaching out.

Adobe Acrobat X Pro (10.x) is end‑of‑support and not compatible with Windows 10, including Windows 10 22H2.

Adobe officially ended all support for Acrobat X on November 15, 2015, and it was never certified for Windows 10. As a result:

    • Windows may display a “security or performance issues” warning
    • The application may fail to launch or crash immediately
    • Compatibility mode (Windows 7) does not resolve the issue reliably
    • Please check this article for more details: End of support for Adobe Acrobat X and Reader X

Adobe strongly recommends that customers update to the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat. By updating installations to the latest versions, customers benefit from the latest functional enhancements and improved security measures.

See Compare versions for a list of eligible products and product comparisons to Adobe Acrobat.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
