hi, I have Adobe Acrobat X Pro from CS6. When I use it to open a PDF document, the file will auto close on its own after a few seconds. Can I check how can I resolve this issue?

Hi Amal, i have managed to resolve this issue. Contacted Adobe support team via email and they have sent over a new serial number and installation link. It is working fine now. Thank you.

Does it happen with all files, or just this specific one? What's your exact version of Acrobat (Look under Help - About Adobe Acrobat to find out)? What's your OS version?

Are you able to uninstall and reinstall that program?

Hi, i did uninstall/reinstall twice but same problem occurs. I am using Windows 10
