Adobe Acrobat X Pro is defaulting to print Document and Markups. I don't want it to default to print the markups.

The setting is "sticky". the last one you did set, stays. Next time you print, change to "document" and it will stay to document until you change it back to something different. If that is not the case with your version, you would need to upgrade.
