- Grafikkartentreiber aktualisiert

- als Administrator gestartet

- Kompatibilitätsmodus Win 7 probiert

- anderes Benutzerkonto getestet

OS ist Win 10 Version 1909

Weiß jemand eine Lösung?

Grüße

Markus

Yes we have installed 10.1.16 and yes we know it's outdated. So we are aware that problems can happen, but maybe their is a solution out there to keep it running on Win10.

We have it installed the same Version on other Win 10 machines and it works fine.

Do you find a solution? We have exact the same problem...

You only have to install 10.1.16, which includes all available updates. If you really must run software with known security weaknesses. I'd expect this to be against policy in most companies.

What exact version of Acrobat X is it? If it's not 10.1.16 (the latest version available) then you need to install all available updates, which you can get from here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/10.x/

As you're probably aware, Acrobat X is outdated, not supported by Adobe and not compatible with Windows 10, so issues are to be expected.
