Adobe Acrobat X Pro Supposedly an Illegal Copy

I have a genuine copy of Adobe Acrobat X Pro installed on my PC but am now receiving messages that it is not a genuine copy and my Adobe account doesn't show the software being registered.

I registered the software when I installed it several years ago and it has been working perfectly up until today.

When I try to re-register the software Adobe keeps coming up with a message saying there is a problem with the registration app and to try later.

WHAT'S GOING ON?????

Uninstalled then reinstalled the software. Adobe now appears to accept that the software is genuine.

@John30069811x63r first of all, where did you buy the software? Did you buy it directly from Adobe themselves. Not a third-party website, or I know a guy who knows a guy, etc.

Secondly, how old is this software that you are talking about?? Did you recently upgraded your OS on your PC?

Major updates to your PC can sometimes interfere with older software. Changes to system libraries or security protocols could trigger the "not genuine" message.

If no updates, check the date and time. Wrong s
ettings on your PC can interfere with software activation.
