Adobe Acrobat X Pro version 10.1.16 (latest) is freezing.

Hello,

I am using Adobe Acrobat X Pro version 10.1.16 (latest version). Windows 7 - 64 bit.

Every time I open it, my computer freezes and the program says (not responding).

After about 3 minutes, it responds, but if I try to fill in a form, it freezes and the cycle repeats.

Please advise.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned, its a latest version installed on your computer and still its seems to be causing problem.

We hope that you have your product information(serial number)

Would recommend you to uninstall the Acrobat using cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

and download again through- Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X 

Note: You have to enter the serial number to complete the installation again.
