Adobe Acrobat X Standard can not save reduced size

Hello,

In my company there is a case of problem with Adobe Acrobat X Standard. When trying to File/Save As/Reduced Size PDF..., one gets ar error - "An error was encountered while processing images". I have found in forums, that this can be fixes through Preflight/PDF Fixups/Flatten Transparency or smth like Tools/Print Production/Flatten Preview.  But I can not find any of beforementioned in this program, it seems that this option is reserved for Adobe Pro.

How can i solve problem in Adobe Standard? Any ideas appreciated, thanks!
