Adobe Acrobat X Standard equivalent

Hello,

I have been using the Adobe Acrobat X Standard for the past several years on my work computer but we just got new computers and I can't seem to get it to work on the new computer. I keep getting a configuration error 6. The features I really used ALOT were saving the file as a smaller size, and adding and exporting pages into files, etc. What is the equivalent adobe acrobat that will let me do all those things?
