I use Acrobat X, have for years.  Suddenly I get a pop-up when I start using a PDF that says I have too many computers using the same account.  I do not.  I have checked my laptop, and no other systems I own uses Acrobat X.  How do I correct this?

Hi @Scorpion78,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat.

Such scenarios can happen with session logouts from your laptop or computer not getting captured by the server on occasions.

You might want to check two pages:

1. Log in to https://adobe.ly/4k5B4Ed

This should show you the total number of devices activated on your account. Remove any unidentified device, and you are good to go.

2. Log in to https://adobe.ly/43drHLe

Once there, scroll down to the active sessions section and remove unidentified devices from there too.

This should fix the issue.

Regards,
Souvik.

Thanks for the help.  The first link says "you have no activated devices".  The second link says "1 active session (this session)".  I still get "activation limit reached" and won't go any further.

No other help available?  "Retry activation" does nothing.  Adobe website says "You have no activated devices" so I should be able to run this and get it working. A little help please....
