Adobe Acrobat X1 Pro down loading problem

Using adobe acrobat X1 Pro but can not set up have the disc and download but same problem every time set up interrupted. Does it every time. Not sure what to do?

have you downloaded the installation files?

if so, what do you see after starting installation?

The installation is the problem when we get to the installation and click and right after is when the "set up" starts it goes to "set up" interrupted and cannot down load installation

what's your os?

what file (name, extension and file size) is shown on your hard drive? attaching a screenshot showing all those things is helpful.
