Hello,

We have one client that has had persistant adobe crashing for years and their providers over time have just eventually shrugged their shoulders and client just lived with constant crashing. We believe it's something environmental as we have fully re-imaged computers and the problem remains for this company. Normally when we see this it is protected mode etc. that makes no difference in this companies case. I have used the acrobat audit tool and also have crash dumps. Current computer base is all win 10 fully up to date, they use ESET for AV. They had similiar problems on their win 7 comps that were decommisioned so this is not new. Any assistance appreciated.

I have .dmp files of crash but it says "The contents of the attachment doesn't match its file type" when I try to attach here. I have others as well and can also provide procmon capture if that helps.

Thanks greatly!!

A bit late for a detailed report, on software that went EOL years ago. Does the user see the issue with the current apps?
