Adobe Acrobat XI Pro - Closing after few seconds

In the last week, my laptop's Acrobat Pro obtained a bug that casues it to close the program after a few (10-15) seconds.  I have attempted to reinstall and restart.  Anyone know how to fix this bug?

You must also be sure to use the latest version.
Acrobat XI latest version is 11.0.23
