Adobe Acrobat XI Pro - Not Genuine Message

Question

I have been using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for more than 7 years on two Windows 10 machines (at different times as is permitted) I actually have two perptual licenses. (In fact one of my packages containing the CD and serial number was not even opened until today) - A few days ago I started getting the not Genuine messaage.   When I go to my Adobe account and type in my serial numbers,  I get a messages stating that both serial numbers are invalid.  I also read that that some older Adobe software can no longer be actived. But my software was activated.   Is there a way,  I can fix this.   I have no interest in renting software by the month.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

Adobe Acrobat XI is an EOL application and no longer supported on the latest Mac and Win OS. If you have received a message similar to the ones displayed below when trying to install your product, stating the serial number you are using is invalid, or has been revoked, it is because the serial number you are attempting to use has been blocked by Adobe.
