Adobe Acrobat XI Pro won't let me install

"Registered on too many computers" yet nowhere in Adobe does it allow me to  "deregister". I have the license key regestered to account. My application is currently unusable due to this.

You have to deactivate the application before uninstalling it from an old computer, via the Help menu.

If you didn't do that your only option now is to contact Adobe directly and ask for an "activation count reset".

(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person, or via phone, during working hours)

I can't remove it from a formatted old computer so I'll try the "agent" tomorrow. Thank you.
