Adobe acrobat XI Standard.

Most documents created are great. However, on occasion, without any prior warnong the newly created PDF document is not readable. How do I correct this situation?

When it is not readable, what do you see instead? Please give any error messages in full.

The document heading was readable. However, the content of the message was comprised of gibberage - 1.e. %^*#@$#%^. In hindite i should have taken a sreen shot!
