Do you mean the Arabic number in the middle of the text?

It's extremely difficult to know without more details. Starting with:

- Is this a PDF file?

- Did you create it? If so, how?

- Where are you viewing it? What application, platform, etc.

- Is this text or an image?

- Can you share the file?
