Adobe acrobate dc  is not working properly in windows 10 pro laptop.More often we are unable to validate digital signatures. "Signature not verified" yellow question mark turns into red cross symbol.we are unable to overcome this problem with dc.can anyone clarify adobe acrobate dc pro will be a suitable substitute app to overcome above-mentioned problem.Free version of dc pro is available for windows 10 pro or only paid version is available. If any other alternative is available,  please suggest.

Hi @Saravanan5531

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to sign the PDF files? Please try to recreate the digital signature and try signing the PDF file and see if that works. A small video recording of the steps you are doing would be very helpful.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.06.20380 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Pro DC is the same application. The Free version is called Acrobat Reader and it is available to everyone. You can download the Acrobat Reader using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

To know more about it please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/faq.html

Hope this information helps
