I used to use the Adobe Acrobat X Pro to sign any document and my document got secured with a password protected signature, now I downloaded the Adobe Acrobat Pro and the signature is not protected at all and can be copied as an image which totally unsecured.

Please advise how can I get my signature secured with the new software Adobe Acrobat Pro?

Signing a file does NOT prevent its contents from being copied. The only thing it does is offer a way to validate that the file hasn't been edited after it was signed. So yes, someone could easily take screenshots of your file and create a new version of it, but that new file will not be (digitally) signed by you, and therefore not legitimate.
