I paid for the ADOBE AI Assistant in addition to my paid Student Account and it's providing me w/ the following message -

"You're not currently eligible for access to generative AI features in Acrobat."

I've signed out and signed in. I also updated my profile data, including my age. This is occurring in a research document.

I have the exact same problem with my desktop version 2024.002.20893; MacOS Sonoma 14.5.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well.

If you are using a work computer that your IT department manages, please reach out to your IT administrator and see if that works.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Hi @Jason38228766dxt6

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20857 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error message for more clarity?

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

Is this an IT managed school computer? if yes, please contact the IT admin at your end and see if that helps.
