Adobe Android App and OneDrive connection error (August 2024)
Following the update of the Adobe Android App in August 2024 (approx), I am unable to link the app with my business OneDrive account (from my University). The University says everything is good on their side and I should be able to link the app with OneDrive. However, after being prompted with DUO authentication, and approving the sing-in request, the app displays a message "Fail to link... contact IT admin for consent".
Could you please look into this issue and see whether there is something wrong on your side? I can confirm I was able to use the app smoothly (connected with OneDrive) for over 1 year before the recent update.
