Adobe app on iPad deleted and reinstalled Files missing

I have the Adobe app on my iPhone and iPad. They were both under the same account. I had to delete the app on my iPad and reinstall it. Now all my files that were on the iPad Adobe app are missing. It was like it was utilizing 2 accounts with one email address. Can anyone help me.

go to Adobe Acrobat Documents and verify if your documents are there. As long as you saved them on the cloud they should be.
