Adobe applications {Comments merging issue}

Hi Adobe community,

 

I'm using Acrobat 10 Pro and Acrobat DC reader in my system, working fine a long day. Suddenly those applications have an error occurred, Error is {All the comments are merging as a single paragraph} Note: I tried to reinstalled the both application, deleted into the program files folder of Adobe, tried slightly registry editor; but that issues wasn't resolved. Let me know the permanent solution of this issue.

Acrobat 10 Pro is a very old version (2010) and is End-of-Life (EOL), meaning it no longer receives security or compatibility updates. The interaction between this old version and the modern DC Reader on the same system is a significant factor that can cause stability issues. The most robust "permanent" fix, if the preference reset fails, would be to upgrade Acrobat 10 Pro to a currently supported version to eliminate compatibility conflicts.

Please let me know how to clearing the Acrobat User Preferences Folder or addressing potential file corruption within the document itself or the Windows configuration.


FYI, But we required the Acrobat 10 Pro to simplified the projects, please ensure the attached earlier snaphot and provide the permanent solution.
