Adobe changes focus by itself

When Adove Acrobat Pro  is in full screen with multiple files being open, if I either select one of the open tabs or close it, the focus moves to the other screen (I've two screens on a Mac).
It's quite annoying.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Hi @Mouradbeo,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!

Let's start step by step.

First, let's check the preferences of the application to see if there needs to be any changes on the full screen mode or the monitor that you are using.  Please check the screenshot attached below to see if your app has similar settings enabled.

Once done, try reading the files again.

If this doesn't work, next we'll try going into Mac's system preferences to see if the below steps help:

  • Go to System Preferences> Mission Control.
  • Uncheck "Displays have separate Spaces" and see if this changes the focus behavior.

I suggest trying these first rather than sharing everything at once. Let me know if either of the steps work.

Thanks a lot Souvik, the first option didn't work but the second one seems to work so far.
