Adobe cloud signature forms stopped working today.

We're sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Are you not able to use create a PDF form and add signature fields using Acrobat Pro DC?

Are you getting any error message or error code while creating a PDF form? The record shows that you are subscribed to Acrobat Pro DC subscription.

Try preparing PDF form from Acrobat's Tools menu>write 'Prepare form' and select it.

Is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version? What is the dot version of Acrobat installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
