Adobe Collaborate: I don't have permission to view MY OWN shared PDF file?

As the title, I shared a file. Users have left comments.

When I click on the link to the file, I don't have permission.

I'm logged in using the same account, same email. I only have the one account.

What gives?

Ended up resolving this issue. Turns out you can have two types of Adobe account with the same login details (Personal or Company/School).
