Adobe Collaborate in Acrobat has stopped working

It's always been very slow, but now it just doesn't work.

Either shows a glitchy string of characters, or is just blank.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Robert32194799hqfj I had that when I had the old interface turned on. I now 'Enable New Acrobat' and that went away.

When you have the old Acrobat interface on, it would be read as:



When you enable it, it will now say, 'Disable New Acrobat'

Hmmm I have New Acrobat enabled already (I see 'Disable new Actobat' in the View menu)
