Adobe Comments Checked / Unchecked filters don't work

When going through a list of X+ comments I need to be able to easily check them off as I've made the edits and use the "filter/unchecked" function to have them disappear from the comments list. This function has gone, though I can check the box, the comment remains in the lsit despite me applying the "unchecked" filter making it hard to see what's left to action etc.
