Adobe Convert and Combine Feature

We have a user who utilizes the converting and combining feature in File Explorer. As of a few days ago that stopped working for them. They are able to combine and convert inside of adobe itself but in File Explorer once you click the option it just does nothing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe and that worked for a day. So next I tried repairing Adobe, that didn't fix it. So I manually added the Adobe PDF printer using the .inf file, that didn't fix it. In the final attempt I had her restart File Eplorer in Task Manager, still nothing. I am out of ideas to try so I am coming here looking for any advice.
