Hi Gfbgfhy,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Would you mind trying the troubleshooting steps provided over here Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows

If that does not help. try to reset the application preferences. For that, you may refer to the steps provided here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

You may also try once uninstalling the application from the machine. Please use the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to remove the application from your system.

Once the application is uninstalled, reboot the machine and then re-install the application from here Download and install Acrobat DC subscription

Hope that helps.

Let us know if the issue still persists.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Good day Meenakshi,

Thanks for responding! I've actually completed all of the items on the checklist you've posted, but the errors persist. I wish there was a specific set of PDFs that cause this issue to occur: the condition appears to be interimittent, but oddly persistent.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.2089x installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also collect the Crash/freeze logs (https://adobe.ly/4fdy5Yr) and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

Regards
Amal
