Adobe crashing Memory Error 018

Hi I have a user who is experiencing issues of Adobe crashing with the error message below. We've tried uninstallling, reinstalling, and uninstalling again and running the repair tool. Any other suggestions?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!

 

We are aware of the issue and working on it. Meanwhile, would you mind trying out the steps:

Go to Acrobat-> Menu-> Preferences-> Security (enhanced)-> uncheck "Run in AppContainer."

 

Once done, restart the application and try again. 

 

Let me know if this works.
