Adobe crashing when trying to combine Excel spreadsheets into PDF

Hello

I am facing an issue in an Enterprise environment where Adobe will crash while attempting to combination of Excel spreadsheets in Adobe.

I believe this issue is tied to Excel as when we run an Online Office Repair the issue is resolved for a short time before it returns, roughly 10-15 days.

I will also reach out on Microsoft's end to see if there's any input, but any feedback or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Operating system: Windows 11 Enterprise 24h2

Excel Version: 2503 Current Channel

Adobe Version: 2025.001.20435

Hi @IMarshall86

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.

I think environmental factors play a role in the app crashes. Although this doesn't excuse them, it does make resolving these issues a bit more complex. Let's tackle it together!

Ensure the app is up-to-date, to check for pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates. (You can check information on latest version available here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html)

Also, if the files are located on a network or shared drive, try copying them locally and test the issue again. I assume you may have already tested these things.

The next steps:

1. Crash logs: https://adobe.ly/42smws1. You may upload logs to any cloud drive and share the downloadable link

2. Diagnostic logs: https://adobe.ly/4jaZLyp, please share the log ID.

If nothing changes regarding OS or Excel versions, then we are good from that side of the information.

Will be waiting to hear from you.
