Adobe crashing when using tools on any pdf-fill sign, add text, etc.

I have the most up-to-date version of Adobe. I've tried installing Adobe Acrobat from both Creative Cloud and Adobe's website.
I've ran the Adobecreativecloudcleanuptool each time for fresh installs, which has made no difference.
I've repaired Adobe both times, no difference as well.
I've attempted switching between New Acrobat, and the not New Acrobat views, both crash still.
Below is the tool I am attempting to use, and the error that pops up before Adobe crashes.
This happens for any of my pdfs.
Below is the log for the crash that I get with Event Viewer.
Any assistance on this would be spectacular.
