Adobe Creative Cloud is forcing me to upgrade for something I already have paid for!

I have a current subscription to Acrobat and I'd been using it without any issues for years. Today, the app installed on my computer is not allowing me to edit a document and instead forcing me to upgrade to a Pro subscription with other apps. Editing a pdf is definitely included in my subscription, so why am I forced to upgrade? I can't select to opt out or anything either and it's hindering my work. Can someone tell me how I can stop this?

     Hi @amygretchen

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I have checked your Adobe account and found an active plan for Creative Cloud Pro, and Acrobat is certainly included in your plan.

What exactly happens when you try to use the Adobe Acrobat Application? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share a screesnshot or a small video recording of the steps and the issue occurring, for more clarity.

Try to sign out of the application, reboot the device once and re-login using your Adobe credentials and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

We see that you had an Acrobat subscription and have just purchased another Adobe subscription under the same Adobe ID. As Acrobat is not working as expected, please try reinstalling it with the steps suggested below:
