Adobe Creative Cloud is forcing me to upgrade for something I already have paid for!

I have a current subscription to Acrobat and I'd been using it without any issues for years. Today, the app installed on my computer is not allowing me to edit a document and instead forcing me to upgrade to a Pro subscription with other apps. Editing a pdf is definitely included in my subscription, so why am I forced to upgrade? I can't select to opt out or anything either and it's hindering my work. Can someone tell me how I can stop this?

    I am having this same issue. is acrobat not included in cloud?

    We see that you had an Acrobat subscription and have just purchased another Adobe subscription under the same Adobe ID. As Acrobat is not working as expected, please try reinstalling it with the steps suggested below:
