Question

Adobe Custom Stamps no longer working after Adobe update

We have several custom stamps.  Some users have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and others have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  One of the users of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC came to me this morning saying that her customs stamps were no longer working.  I determined that her system was using a "new" version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - 64 bit.  I had the same custom stamps working on a  similar system using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and showed her how the stamps should be working.  During the process of troubleshooting, I rebooted my computer and while I was watching the system boot -- I saw that the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC that I was using was updated to Acrobat Reader DC - 64 bit as well.  What's going on and how do we get our custom programs and stamps back?

Do you know the current folder location of the custom stamp files?

The 64-bit version of Acrobat is installed in a different location than the older version, so some of the stamp folders have changed. Getting the stamps back should only be a matter of moving the stamp files to a new location.
